The Philippine Glaucoma Society organized an Instructional Course during the 2016 Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology Congress that was held in Taipei, Taiwan from March 24-27, 2016. The course was entitled “Correlation of Structure and Function in Glaucoma: Practical Tips on Using Perimetry and OCT” and was held on March 27, 2016. Dr. Patricia Khu headed the faculty and also served as course director. Her talk was entitled “Visual Field Defects in Glaucoma.” The other faculty and their talks were Dr. John Mark De Leon, Visual Field Progression in Glaucoma; Dr. Hannah de Guzman, Glaucoma Damage in the Optic Nerve Head; and Dr. Jose Maria Martinez, Optic Nerve Analysis Using OCT in Glaucoma.
